	Discovery and Documentation
	This phase is a continuation of the previous one while adding deeper detailed analysis, discussions and interviews. We not only talk with your team, but also experience your daily objectives, processes and applications. This truly gives us a real idea of how your company works and how you work with your existing processes and/or applications. This is far and away the most critical step, which is often hurried or even skipped by typical firms. Placing a large amount of focus here is the only way to fully understand your company. The results of this phase are formal requirement documents that allow us to estimate the project needs, schedules and costs.
	Develop, Test and React
	Development begins with Repäta writing requirement specifications that allow us to determine how we're going to implement the requirements. This then leads to actual development work. Internal testing begins with some demonstations to you. This allows for early feedback and reaction from you and ensures a solid final product. This is treated as an iterative cycle.
